MÍTICA Gotes Catalanes
An original creation from our Garrotxa producer, this soft spreadable goat cheese from Cataluña is mixed with fresh garlic and parsley and hand rolled into little balls. Though it’s hard not to eat them straight from the jar, Gotes Catalanes (meaning Catalan drops) work wonders on canapés, salads, and other quick fix ideas. These delicious flavor nuggets are easy to spread on toast and we often place an Ortiz anchovy on top.
