Shipping policy

For all perishable items such as anchovies, boquerones, cheeses, and chocolates, etc.  client must select 2-day shipping, or quicker to ensure quality of products.  If a longer shipping method is selected at check out, we will not be held responsible and cannot offer refunds for any items that arrive damaged or inedible due to shipping methods selected by customer.  

Mercado Central will always use the selected shipping method unless there is a faster method available for no extra charge.  Oversized and overweighted products may incur additional shipping fees or take longer to arrive. 

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any dented Bonilla A La Vista tins or guarantee the condition of the potato chips upon arrival.

Mercado Central will not be held liable for any items damaged due to mishandling by third party carriers, but we will always make an effort to make it right!
