SALTS AND SPICES

Spain has some of Europe's oldest salt springs - like Sal De Añana in the Basque region - and of course, the finest saffron and paprika (from De La Vera).  The salts and spices from Spain are the cornerstone of Spanish flavors and cooking, and are used in dishes around the world.  Some are harder to find, like the ñora pepper, but we have those hard to find items as well..
