"Las Sobadoras de Santoña” are local women from the village of Santoña, who have practiced the art of hand processing anchovies for generations.  All of Pujadó Solano's catch is sustainable and hand processed.  The MSC label is the highest standard in sustainability, and every conservas joins voluntarily to protect the fisheries of the Cantabrian Sea.  These anchovies are preserved in sunflower oil and salt.
