Tasting Notes: Its Aroma is reminiscent of fruits.Its Taste has hints of apple and above all to green bananas. It is barely bitter. It is astringent as the green banana and green almond. Persistent pungency. Its COLOR is golden, green , clear and bright.
Fits with fishes, for all kind of salads and dressings (like mayonnaise or vinagrettes), very recommendable for desserts (marble cakes or vanilla ice cream).
O-Med is currently a young and dynamic company, but always with the labour, experience and tradition of our father Juan de Dios as a reference point. Both the farm and the mill are located in Granada, more specifically in the small village of Ácula.
Thanks to the region's climate and harvesting at the optimum moment of maturity of the fruit, we obtain homogeneous productions of unquestionable quality of the arbequina, hojiblanca and picual varieties through an integrated and environmentally friendly agriculture.
