BIO and MSC certified, all fish are initially prepared with the traditional pre-cooked method and then paired with organic extra virgin olive oil and/or other high-quality ingredients. Brand new to TCF in Fall 2023 - MAR Brand Tunas! Tuna Ventresca, or also known as "tuna belly," is the most valuable part of the tuna and provides a rich, more tender cut of the filleted fish as opposed to traditional tuna fillets. Tuna ventresca is a delicious treat obtained from the ventral muscular bundles which also provides the most healthy-fattiest contents that can be derived from the fish. Open a can to be greeted with five to six carefully prepared fillets ready to eat!
