And we mean EXTRA coarse! This is the coarsest salt we've found, outside of slab salt. Excellent for salt potatoes, or prepping pasta water. Large enough to go into your grinder and let you adjust the grind, or into a mortar and pestle for a fantastic homemade salt/herb finishing salt flake.
