Ortiz boquerones in olive oil are one of our favorites at Mercado Central. Bright, firm and rich because of the olive oil, these treats are fantastic on their own, or paired with a white asparagus on toast, for example. These are also classic in their wine vinegar preparation, as opposed to another vinegar like cider.
