Octopus in olive oil - Gold Line. Only the best octopus is selected at the port and then frozen at the factory for three days to get the best texture possible once defrosted. After cleaning and boiling them for 45 minutes, they are cut into bite-size slices by hand. The slices are canned with olive oil. No additives or preservatives.
