The first reminds us of a blue cheese intensity that you taste in the back of the mouth, then a more sophisticated taste of a classic Cantabrian anchovy in the front of the mouth, and finishing with a heady, umami as you breath out. EL CAPRICHO Cantabrian Anchovies in Olive Oil are carefully processed to preserve the delicious flavor of the Cantabrian sea. The anchovies are picked and hand trimmed the same day, and then aged, ensuring a large size before being canned in olive oil. Enjoy a taste of the Mediterranean!
