This is an amazing, silky, all purpose blend of Arbequina and Picual varieties where the subtle fruitiness of the Arbequina prevails. Oil of mild intensity, with light hints of tomato plant, banana, and freshly cut green grass. Suitable for salad dressings or for daily cooking, it pairs particularly well with herbs such a thyme and oregano. Try it in scrambled eggs, grilled vegetables, and beef steak.
