Tuna Ventresca, or also known as "tuna belly," is the most valuable part of the tuna and provides a rich, more tender cut of the filleted fish as opposed to traditional tuna fillets. Tuna ventresca is a delicious treat obtained from the ventral muscular bundles which also provides the most healthy-fattiest contents that can be derived from the fish. Open a can to be greeted with five to six carefully prepared fillets ready to eat!
