TREVIJANO Mushroom Risotto

This makes the process of making risotto so much easier while keeping the dish luxurious and special.  Made with dehydrated rice, boletus (mushrooms), onion, carrot, and zucchini. Add a little trickle of cream at the end with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.  If you want to be truly extravagant, add some truffle pearls.
