ROMERO Fideuá Pasta

Fideuá grueso is a thin noodle.  Instead of a paella, try making fideuá for the kids.  Legend has it that it is from Catalonia, and that a ship's cook invented it because the captain liked rice so much he ate the crew's meals.  SO, the chef tried making paella with noodles.  It worked - the captain ate less and the crew loved it!  So will your kids.
